What the attendance record actually contains

Check-in records an entry, an exit, a timestamp, a session, and a person. It produces an attendance record you export to Excel and PDF, and file wherever you need it.

That is where we stop, and we say so plainly: it is a measure of attendance, not a certificate. We claim no accreditation or approval of any kind, and we don't pretend to replace your accrediting body's process.

Offline

The basement of the convention center no longer cuts the conference off

Directory, program, profiles, documents, and check-in all work with no network. Actions taken offline — a check-in at a lecture hall door, a connection made in a corridor — are replayed as soon as the phone is back online.

Your conference data is hosted in the European Union. You decide which fields are collected, what appears in the directory, and what gets exported. Excel and PDF exports, plus a documented REST API.

Smart Ruby badges

Your conference works with or without badges. With them, every delegate wears a Bluetooth smart badge on a lanyard, rented for the run of the event. Nothing to install in the venue: it's the other attendees' phones that detect the badges.

What organizers ask us before a medical conference

Yes. The program is structured by day, room, and track, and each delegate builds their own by saving the sessions they want. Room and time changes are pushed as notifications.

Yes. Check-in and check-out are recorded with timestamps, session by session, and produce a record you export to Excel and PDF. It is a measure of attendance: it is not a certificate, and we don't present it as one.

Yes, fully: directory, program, profiles, personal documents, and check-in. Anything done offline is replayed once the network is back. That is what changes everything in an underground lecture hall.
