Lead retrieval

Lead retrieval that hands your exhibitors a real contact file

Exhibitors come to your show to leave with contacts. Who is Georges collects them while the show runs — introductions accepted on both sides, meetings booked in the app, badges and QR codes read on the booth — and exports them as a file the sales team can work from. Nothing to rent at the door.

In short

What your exhibitors take home

At the end of the show, each exhibitor gets the contacts of the attendees they actually met: introductions accepted on both sides, meetings booked in the app, and conversations started at the booth. It comes out as a file they can use right away — Excel for the sales team, PDF for the debrief. One condition, and it is yours to set: you decide whether exhibitors receive that file, and what it contains.

The organizer holds the keys. Exhibitors receive what you decided to share — nothing more, and nothing behind your back.

What lands in the file

Three ways a contact gets into an exhibitor's list

Introductions accepted on both sides

Two attendees connect in the app only when both of them accept. Every accepted introduction lands in the exhibitor's list, with the profile fields the attendee filled in.

Meetings booked with the booth

Visitors see the exhibitor's availability and book a slot in the app. The meeting, its time slot and the people on both sides come through in the export.

Conversations at the booth

An introduction accepted or a meeting booked at the booth lands in the exhibitor's list on the spot.

An export they can work from

Excel and PDF. Contacts, meetings and booth activity in one file per exhibitor, released from the organizer dashboard.

Without rented hardware

No scanner to rent, nothing to install in the hall

The reading is done by the phones that are already in the room. That is the whole point: an exhibitor does not have to budget for a terminal per booth to leave with contacts.

  • The badge is a Bluetooth beacon

The Smart Ruby badge is worn on a lanyard and emits a Bluetooth signal that attendees' phones pick up. Nothing goes into the venue: no gateways, no antennas, no wiring.

  • A phone does the reading

Booth staff read a visitor's badge or QR code from the app, on their own phone. As many people on the team as the exhibitor wants, on as many phones.

  • Or a kiosk at the entrance

For check-in at the door, a kiosk reads badges and QR codes for a steady flow of arrivals. Badge or QR code, phone or kiosk: the choice is yours, show by show.

  • Badges stay optional

A show runs perfectly well without them — QR codes, meetings and introductions work on their own. Badges add proximity between attendees, and one gesture on the booth.

Consent and data

You decide what the exhibitor receives

Lead retrieval is a data question before it is a feature. Here is how it is settled.

An introduction takes two yeses

An exhibitor cannot collect an attendee by surprise. The attendee accepts the connection, books the meeting, or hands over their badge to be read. No acceptance, no contact.

The organizer sets what is shared

You decide whether exhibitors get an export and what it holds. Your attendees' data stays under your control, show after show — and you can answer an attendee who asks what an exhibitor was given.

Data hosted in the European Union

Attendee data is hosted in the European Union.

The exhibitor portal

Every exhibitor runs their own booth

One portal per exhibitor, and their activity in it

For your exhibitors

The exhibitor fills in the booth listing, invites their own team, and follows what the booth is producing: meetings booked and introductions accepted.

For you, the organizer

You stop collecting team lists by email and re-keying booth content. Each role — exhibitor, partner, visitor — has its own access.

What it takes on your end

Booth content and team members are filled in by the exhibitors themselves.

Getting started

From your attendee file to your exhibitors' contacts

  1. 01

    Send us your file

Your attendees and your exhibitors, as a CSV. We set the app up in your show's colors and send the invitations.

  2. 02

    The booths collect

Meetings get booked, introductions get accepted, badges and QR codes get read on the booths. You watch it happen in the dashboard.

  3. 03

    You release the files

At the end of the show you release each exhibitor's export from the dashboard, in Excel or PDF, with what you decided to share.

FAQ

Lead retrieval, answered plainly

Yes — provided you authorize it. Each exhibitor gets the contacts of the attendees they actually met during the show: introductions accepted on both sides, meetings booked in the app, and conversations started at the booth. It comes as an export they can use right away, in Excel or PDF.

No. There is no scanner to rent and nothing to install in the hall. Booth staff read a visitor's badge or QR code from the app, on their own phone, and a kiosk can handle check-in at the entrance if you want one.

Three things, and they all land in the same file: an introduction both attendees accepted, a meeting booked with the exhibitor, and a visitor whose badge or QR code was read on the booth.

You do. The organizer sets whether exhibitors get an export and what it contains. Attendee data stays under your control: exhibitors receive what you decided to share, and nothing else.

The badge is a Bluetooth beacon worn on a lanyard. Attendees' phones pick up the badges around them, which is how the app shows who is nearby and how booth staff read a visitor in one gesture. The badge is not a contact exchange by itself: the introduction is still accepted in the app.

In the European Union. The data is yours: you decide what is shared with your exhibitors, and we process it for your event.
